Dami Patel is interim Chair of the Supervisory Trio overseeing Taylor & Francis, publishers of books and academic journals and part of Informa Group. Dami also holds the position of Group HR Director. Joining the organisation in 2008, she quickly rose to Group HR Director and joined the T&F Board in 2015. In leading the Global People Team Dami focuses on people, culture, operations, transformation and learning to help the business achieve its objectives. Dami has led many organizational restructures and integrations and introduced innovative HR policies, and she aims to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration worldwide.
