About me
I am an organisational expert, the award-winning author of two Amazon bestselling business books, and the host of The Business of Being Brilliant podcast.

Work matters
My first book The Future of Time: How ‘re-working’ time can help you boost productivity, diversity and wellbeing was named People, Culture & Management Book of the Year at the Business Book Awards, and my second book People Glue: Hold on to your best people by setting them free was published in January 2026.
I advise business and HR leaders on creating a positive culture that fuels growth; help teams to deliver more and have more fun; and coach executives to become their sharpest, brightest best. I speak publicly about the future of work and am regularly featured in
national, business and HR press including the FT, Financial News, Forbes, FastCompany, theHRDirector and HR Review.
I have over 30 years’ experience in organisation and team effectiveness, HR, Diversity & Inclusion, culture change, people management, time management and the future of work.
And outside of work...
I live in mid-Kent with my husband and teenage daughter, our rescue cat and a stately hen and I'm stepmum to two young adults who sensibly chose Australian sunshine over British weather. I love sea swimming and relish a big challenge, from writing books to keeping up my daily running streak to learning Korean.
My unfulfilled ambitions?
To write a fiction novel for children and explore the world’s most interesting and far-flung libraries.
