The worst that can happen is I don't do this at the best of my ability, but next time I will do. So I need to embrace it and just allow myself the opportunity to maybe fail a little bit.
Some people don't start doing anything in the D&I space because they don't know where they're at. On the flip side, they don't know where the opportunity is and where some of their strengths are.
I hate presentations but I do as many of them as I can. Because that encourages me to improve, hone in my skills, and push myself outside my comfort zone again.
