S9 E1: 'Doing DEI differently'
with Audra Jenkins

Monday 16 September 2024

About this episode

Over the past decade, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has grown into a major practice area and one of the hottest topics on business leaders’ radars. Organisations raced to appoint DEI leaders in the wake of the murder of George Floyd in the US and the global #metoo movement, and they invested significantly in DEI resources and initiatives. Today, things are looking a little different. In this episode we explore whether DEI has ‘had its day’, how DEI functions and resources are evolving now, and what DEI might look like in the future.
