Overview

Managing multiple schedules, being tugged in different directions, feeling guilty for not being more available to others, enjoying precious little downtime or time to themselves: these are common experiences for many people. As work intensity has increased and our digital devices are constantly within reach, managing our boundaries between working and non-working time can feel more of a challenge than ever. We can be sucked into a never-ending cycle of busyness that leaves us exhausted, tetchy or overwhelmed, making it hard to do our best work, enjoy harmonious relationships, be patient with others or live the life we want.

As working patterns, home lives and our life stages keep evolving, we can easily find ourselves stuck in old habits that no longer serve us well.
