Passionate about diversity, she mentors female leaders and serves on boards of organizations like Kindred Soul. Despite professional success, Julie considers raising her two teenagers with her husband, Iain, her most important accomplishment.
I think that in the early days, I struggled to really admit to myself what I wanted and dare to be as aspirational and as ambitious as I knew I was.
Understanding your ambition, understanding what your 'must haves' are in any role and challenging yourself outside of your comfort zone, that's where the magic happens.
The more people can challenge themselves outside of their comfort zone, the more you can get people to use the different sides of their brain and the different passions that they have, it absolutely benefits the business.
