Sandra Burley has happily spent 20 years living and working across the globe. Her years of experience in marketing, advertising, and sales spurred the launch of her first business and plunge into entrepreneurship several years ago. Now she is immersed in the world of affiliate marketing as the Global Communications Manager at one of the world's leading affiliate platforms. She is happily ensconced in the UK with her husband and two children, working a 4-day work week, and striving for balance as best as she can.

You're getting so much information and messaging that everyone, every department thinks is relevant to you and wants you to hear. And it's figuring out how to curate and disseminate that information in a way that's manageable and absorbable while doing the rest of your job.
If you need to collaborate on something, you have to get that together before everyone goes off on their separate day. So it makes people think a little bit harder about being organized. And I think that's a great thing.
