Phil Burgess is the Co-Founder of WITHIN and works with leaders to drive results by building cultures of connection. He's passionate about building more human organisations where people can thrive. He was previously Chief People Officer for C Space globally, and before that was Joint Managing Director of C Space London where his people-centric approach to leadership and culture-building led to a number of ‘Best Place to Work’ and 'Best Agency' awards and Phil being included in Management Today’s ‘Agents of Change’ Power List of men championing gender equity in business. After 4 years in Boston, he now lives with his wife and children in Hertfordshire. Outside of work, you'll find him running, picking up litter for Just1bag2020, a not-for-profit he runs with his wife, or 'plogging' (doing both at the same time).
